Dear Student:
It is time to revisit your Education Payment application.
Students Trust International Plan Education Payments are based on evidence provided by an eligible Post-Secondary Institution. To evaluate your eligibility for an Education Payment, the attached Application should be completed, signed and sealed by your Registrar, and returned to our office BY MAIL at the address below. This form is to be filled out by the School Registration Office once they are ready to move you forward to the REQUIRED ACADEMIC YEAR in accordance with your Plan Benefit schedule.
Special Cases require certain documentation as follows:

If you will be enrolled in a different program or different school for the upcoming Academic Year - make sure to forward an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT of your previous program via mail to our office to facilitate a complete evaluation and advise our office via email.

If you have recently completed ‘A’ level in Asia, please forward a certified true copy of your ‘A’ level proof of completion as soon as you can.

Any correspondence you send, please make sure to note your Plan number for reference.
Once the Application Form is filled out by the registrar, contact our office via email to provide your Bank Account information for future wire transfer. Our method of disbursement is sent only via Wire Transfer.
