All subscribers to the Plan pay a one time enrolment fee when entering the Plan. The fee is returned to the child as they qualify for education payments (¼ of the fee for each of four years). If the child does not qualify for education payments the enrolment fees are not returned to the subscriber.

The Guaranteed Return of Fees ("GRF") Program is an optional program that ensures that enrolment fees are returned to the subscriber if their child does not qualify for education payments.

At the time of enrolment you may elect to participate in this program by contributing a small additional deposit (the "GRF Payment"). The Offering Memorandum details the amount required which varies with the age of the child.

When a subscriber determines that their child is not going to qualify and they have participated in the GRF Program, they will receive:

The amount they will receive will be exactly what they contributed to the Plan and, as a result, will not be subject to tax in their home jurisdiction.
